After breaking my arm in a snowboarding accident the medical opinion was
that I needed surgery and 12 weeks recovery to get back to full strength.
After just a few months of weekly Pilates sessions not only has my arm made
a full recovery but I've increased my body strength massively.
What's more, it's been the most fun exercise regime I've ever done! NM
