Sessions are tailored specifically to the individual client and may include remedial treatment or rehabilitation following injury or simply for healthy individuals who want to improve or maintain their structural fitness and postural alignment. Also ideal for sports specific training.


Courses

For those who need to improve their wellbeing, physique, posture and lifestyle on a longer term basis. Weekly sessions, by appointment, aimed at establishing and maintaining fitness, agility and shape.
